If you wish to keep the report for future use, use the bottom section to save this report. If you choose Landscape or Portrait report formats, then you will see the results grid also has a “Generate as PDF”. These results can be exported to Microsoft Excel by clicking the export tab to the right of the grid. The results of your report will be displayed in a grid view. You can reorder the items in the right column by using the move up or move down buttons.
You can remove any criteria by selecting that criteria and clicking Remove. Select your criteria from the left and click Add or double click on each item, or Add All to move all criteria to your report. Next you will choose the fields you want in your report. Note that in order to fit on a PDF, the Landscape and Portrait options have a limited number of fields as labeled.
Once you have identified your search criteria, to create your Report you will first select the report format desired. You can choose from a search that has already been created, edit an existing search or you can create a new search by selecting New Search. If you selected Build New Report, you will be asked to select a search you would like to use to begin to define the scope of information produced in your report.
